Garden volunteers

Installed in 2004, the library gardens offer three seasons of beauty and variety. Volunteers help with planning, planting and maintenance, and assist with spring and fall cleanup. For more information, contact the library director.

Teen volunteers are an important part of our youth services programming.

Current projects

The library strives to match potential volunteers with jobs and projects in line with their abilities and interests. Please fill out this form to let us know about the opportunities that interest you.

Giving to the library

Books: Because of limited space, the library cannot accept book donations. Please use the Better World Books bin located in the library parking lot. A portion of the proceeds benefits our library Friends. If the bin is full, do not leave your donations outside.

Memorial gifts: The library is pleased to receive monetary donations for the purchase of memorial books. Every effort is made to select an appropriate purchase in a subject area designated by the donor. Find out more about this and other memorial gift opportunities.

The Krakower-Storch Family Technology Fund: This fund was created by a local family to be used to provide access to new and useful technology through the library. Donations totaling $1,000 per year will be matched. For more information, contact the library director.
